Commissioning Engineer (2 position)

8 to 15 years of experience in upstream and downstream of oil and gas industry
Experience in hands-on handling of rotating equipment and trouble shooting of equipment
Able to lead commissioning technician, interface engineers, inspectors as well work as a team
Able to work together with interface engineers and equipment vendor
Able to read P&ID drawings and engineering drawings
Experience in generating system commissioning procedure, test packages and work packages
Experience in generating commissioning schedule, commissioning job cards
Experience with leak testing of system
Experience with system commissioning and energizing of utilities, and process facilities
Experience in start up of chemical plant, oil refineries and power generation system
Experience with mechanical rotating and static equipment and system
Experience with electrical and instrumentation equipment and system
Be able to work extra long hours and on-call basis when required
Be able to take stress working environment condition and have the commitment in completing job activities
Be able to work with equipment vendors
